Sessions are typically 60 minutes duration. First 50 minutes of psychotherapy and 10 minutes of energy healing or alternative healing methods.

Insurance 

-We accept AETNA Nevada, Colorado, Florida, and Utah

-We accept CIGNA Nevada, Florida, Colorado, and Utah

-We accept Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah

-We accept Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Nevada

-We do accept cash, credit, debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. 

This depends on the issue bringing you to therapy. I usually recommend a minimum of six sessions for you to experience progress, but can provide a better idea following your initial session. We can discuss more after the initial session. 

Cancellations of appointments made with less than 24 working hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the missed session. If you fail to attend a therapy session without notice you will be charged the Cancellation Fee.
